The Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering will hold its annual Graduation Recognition Ceremony to honor graduates of the College of Engineering.
Eligibility: Students who will have completed the requirements for the Baccalaureate or Masters degree by end of Summer 2013 or Fall 2013.

Graduation Tickets ($10): Graduates do not need tickets. Tickets must be purchased for all guests; the box office can provide complimentary tickets for ages 2-12. Tickets are available at the Event Center Box Office, Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Cap and Gown: Cap and gown are required and can be purchased at the Spartan Bookstore in the Student Union.
Graduates’ Slideshow: Presented before the ceremony in Event Center for guests. Event Center doors will open at 11:00 am. Please send up to 10 pictures to sanela.latic[at]sjsu[dot]edu between now and December 12, 2013 of yourself in a school activity, in a hobby, with family and friends, or as a baby/young child. We reserve the right to decide which photos to use.
Group Photo, Procession and Reception: Assemble by major outside the Event Center between the Music Building and Event Center no later than 10:30 am. Career Center personnel will provide you a name card to fill out KEEP THIS CARD! This name card will be used to call your name on stage; please do not lose this card. The procession will begin promptly at 12:00 pm. The ceremony will end at approximately 2:00 pm. A cake reception in the Engineering lobby will follow the ceremony. We look forward to seeing you and your loved ones there!
Parking: Parking is FREE in the 7th Street Garage for family and guests.

Cell Phone and Personal Belongings: If you must contact your family or guests during photo line-up, please use text messaging. During the graduation procession, please keep your cell phone and camera in your pockets, so that you appear professional, rather than distracted, in photos and videos. Once you start walking, do not try to take pictures, the line is moving and students have fallen before. Please leave all personal belongings with your family such as flowers and purses.
